What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your uploaded and digitized records remain available. The account simply returns to the Free plan, and export always remains available.
Why is digitization limited but storage unlimited?
Storage is inexpensive, while medical document extraction uses advanced AI models. We charge for the resource-intensive part.
Can I digitize my entire archive in one month?
Monthly Premium includes 50 documents. Annual Premium and Family plans include unlimited initial archive upload.
Is there a trial?
The Free plan has no time limit. Five initial documents are enough to test extraction, explanations, and trends.
